This photograph shows an Accu-Chek Aviva blood glucose meter
transmitting to a wireless receiver. The information stored in the
meter is transmitted to the computer and used for analysis and
record information purpose. The software can be used for recording
food, times of meals, times of tests, medication and blood glucose numbers. I found it extremely
useful for spotting trends and displaying blood glucose levels over
a three month period. Very useful for self predicting three monthly
HbA1c results.
